Responsibilities
- Perform passenger and property screening using advanced X-ray equipment and walk-through metal detectors.
- Identify prohibited items and explosives while maintaining strict adherence to security protocols.
- Assist travelers with special needs and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive travel experience.
- Document screening results accurately and report any irregularities or security breaches immediately.
- Enforce Federal security regulations and directives in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness and be prepared to stand for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
- Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a background check, medical screening, and drug test.
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English fluently.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a 10-year background investigation and security clearance process.
