Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough security screenings of passengers, carry-on baggage, and cargo using state-of-the-art X-ray technology and metal detection equipment.
- Perform pat-down searches and identify prohibited items in accordance with TSA security regulations.
- Monitor security checkpoints and queues to ensure a safe and orderly flow of passengers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to travelers by answering questions and explaining screening procedures clearly.
- Adhere to strict security protocols, including the screening of all individuals and property entering secure areas.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high operational standards during peak travel times.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation and obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Must be able to pass a medical examination and a drug screening.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
