Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening of passengers, carry-on luggage, and cargo using advanced imaging technology and X-ray equipment.
- Enforce security regulations and protocols to identify potential threats and prohibited items.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting travelers, answering inquiries, and resolving conflicts professionally.
- Monitor security checkpoints and baggage areas to maintain a secure environment.
- Document findings accurately in security logs and incident reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel as required.
- Adhere to strict physical requirements, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Background: Must pass a background check, drug test, and medical assessment.
- Experience: No prior security experience is required; full training is provided.
- Physical: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderately heavy objects.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
