Responsibilities
- Operate TSA-provided screening equipment (X-ray, metal detectors, CT scanners)
- Conduct thorough passenger and baggage screenings per TSA protocols
- Identify and report prohibited items or suspicious activity
- Maintain security checkpoints with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide clear instructions to travelers during screening processes
- Document screening activities and security incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement and security teams
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy and equipment operation skills
- Strong attention to detail and observational abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
