Responsibilities
- Screen passengers and carry-on baggage using X-ray machines, metal detectors, and explosive trace detection systems
- Conduct thorough pat-down searches and bag inspections as required by security protocols
- Monitor security checkpoints and respond to suspicious activities or items
- Operate advanced imaging technology and communicate effectively with travelers
- Maintain accurate documentation of security incidents and screening activities

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or national status
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass a background investigation and drug screening
- Successfully complete TSA's Security Training Program
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and customer service aptitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
