Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough passenger and baggage screenings using X-ray machines, metal detectors, and manual inspection techniques
- Identify and resolve security threats while maintaining professional demeanor under pressure
- Enforce TSA regulations and security protocols with accuracy and consistency
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse travelers, including assisting with special screening procedures
- Operate and maintain security screening equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
- Valid state driver's license and ability to obtain TSA security clearance
- Proficient in English with strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer literacy for operating screening equipment
- Previous security or customer service experience preferred
