Responsibilities
- Screen passengers and carry-on luggage for prohibited items using X-ray machines and manual inspection techniques
- Operate advanced security technology while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Conduct pat-down searches and baggage inspections as required
- Provide exceptional customer service during security screening processes
- Report security incidents and suspicious activities to supervisors
- Enforce TSA regulations and federal security standards

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a federal background investigation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn security equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Pass a medical exam and drug screening
