Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough passenger and baggage screening using advanced X-ray technology and manual inspection techniques
- Identify potential security threats and prohibited items according to TSA protocols
- Maintain strict security checkpoints while providing courteous customer service
- Document security incidents and maintain accurate screening records
- Operate and troubleshoot complex security equipment including EDS systems
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders during security incidents

Qualifications
- US citizenship or legal resident status
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Pass TSA background investigation and security clearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and observational abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of paid training program (provided by TSA)
