Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential correspondence
- Process financial transactions and maintain departmental budgets using state systems
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and policy briefings for leadership
- Coordinate cross-agency projects and serve as primary liaison between departments
- Implement records management protocols ensuring compliance with state regulations
- Train staff on administrative procedures and software systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and state financial systems
- Valid Washington State driver's license
