Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and compliance risks
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for real-time reporting
- Ensure all data handling adheres to HIPAA, FISMA, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to standardize data governance frameworks
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis for policy impact assessments
- Document all data processes and maintain audit-ready documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal data compliance regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R
- Certification in CISSP or CIPP/E (or equivalent)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
