Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, and ETL tools
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NIST)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries
- Maintain documentation of data methodologies and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal data analysis or government contracting
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of federal data privacy regulations and security protocols
- Proven ability to handle sensitive classified data with appropriate clearance
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
