Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and execution of federal agency programs and initiatives in the New York metropolitan area.
- Conduct compliance audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to federal regulations and policies.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and correspondence for senior leadership and federal stakeholders.
- Manage high-volume incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline federal operational workflows and improve service delivery.
- Oversee the coordination of federal grant programs and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security standards for all sensitive government information.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably within government or public sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
