Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal IT systems and networks remotely
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for government infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and threat mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on compliance initiatives
- Document system configurations and incident reports
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
