Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal regulations and security protocols during night shift operations
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to maintain a secure environment
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents according to established procedures
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of shift activities and incidents
- Collaborate with team members and other agencies to ensure seamless operations
- Operate and maintain security equipment and systems
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Must be able to pass a federal background check and drug screening
- Previous experience in federal, state, or local government preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a night shift environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for the role)
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
