Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years government compliance or public sector experience
- Valid Kansas government security clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Advanced knowledge of federal/state regulatory frameworks (FAR, CFR)
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., GovComply, LogicGate)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making abilities
- Excellent written communication for policy documentation and reports
