Responsibilities
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects to enhance public service delivery
- Research and analyze local government policies for compliance with state/federal regulations
- Manage constituent inquiries and resolve public service issues within SLA
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for council review
- Collaborate with community stakeholders on urban development initiatives
- Monitor budget allocations and expenditure tracking for assigned programs
- Ensure ADA compliance in all public-facing materials and services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years government or non-profit experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance
- Knowledge of California Government Code and Brown Act requirements
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English/Spanish bilingual preferred
