Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations for municipal facilities and infrastructure
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and incident management
- Supervise and mentor night shift staff (5-8 team members)
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Conduct facility inspections and security assessments
- Prepare operational reports and shift handover documentation
- Manage inventory and resource allocation for after-hours activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in government or public sector management
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proven experience with emergency response procedures
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check
