Responsibilities
- Research and identify foundation, corporate, and government grant opportunities aligned with organizational goals
- Develop persuasive grant proposals, budgets, and reports exceeding $1M annually
- Manage 50+ active grant relationships with timely reporting and compliance
- Collaborate with program teams to translate impact into compelling narratives
- Analyze funding trends and advise on grant strategy development
- Maintain accurate grant databases and reporting systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional grant writing experience with proven funding success
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Communications, Nonprofit Mgmt, etc.)
- Exceptional writing/editing skills with portfolio of funded proposals
- Advanced knowledge of nonprofit grant compliance and reporting
- Experience with fundraising databases (e.g., Salesforce NPSP)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
