Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate Social Security retirement, disability, and survivor claims with precision
- Provide in-person and virtual customer service to applicants and beneficiaries

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with federal systems (e.g., MSSICS, BESS)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience with public service or customer service roles
- Knowledge of federal disability/retirement programs
