In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of federal contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR regulations, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze federal contracts to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities, including proposal preparation, award, and closeout.
- Coordinate with program managers and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate contract files and documentation in accordance with company and government standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for contract performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal contract administration or related field.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
