Responsibilities
- Manage and execute federal contract deliverables within strict timelines and budget constraints.
- Ensure full compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to identify project requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, briefings, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee the coordination of security clearance processes and personnel vetting.
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities and regulatory submissions.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required for most federal roles.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Logistics, or Public Administration) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal contracting or government administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft formal correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
