Responsibilities
- Manage and process federal applications and sensitive documents during weekend shifts.
- Ensure the highest level of data accuracy and confidentiality in all records.
- Assist visitors and federal employees with inquiries regarding benefits and pension plans.
- Perform routine data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Monitor compliance with federal regulations and agency policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Must be a United States Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on error-free document processing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
