Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of federal government projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, agency guidelines, and contract requirements (FAR compliance).
- Manage stakeholder relationships with government clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, status updates, and budget forecasts to senior leadership.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to meet project milestones.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all project deliverables and change orders.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required (for Federal roles).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the Federal or State government sector.
- Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Jira).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (or higher) if not already held.
