- Ensure Compliance: Monitor and enforce strict adherence to federal regulations, FAR guidelines, and agency policies.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for government officials and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Data Reporting: Prepare and analyze comprehensive performance reports and metrics for executive leadership review.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies within federal workflows and implement strategic solutions to enhance productivity.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay abreast of changes in federal legislation and adjust project strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is required.
- Clearance: Possession of an active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a federal or government contracting environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and federal grant management software.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
