Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on public health policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Prepare complex reports, briefings, and presentations for executive leadership and legislative bodies.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor emerging state and federal legislation to ensure the agency remains aligned with current standards.
- Manage data-driven projects from initiation through completion, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to stakeholders regarding resource allocation and program implementation.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in the coordination of public outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a government, public sector, or compliance-focused role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and government database management systems.
