Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal/state/local regulatory compliance for municipal operations
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across city departments
- Develop compliance training programs for 200+ employees
- Investigate regulatory violations and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for City Council review
- Collaborate with legal department on policy updates

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years government/regulatory compliance experience
- Valid Washington State government security clearance
- Proficiency in regulatory research tools (e.g., LexisNexis)
- Strong analytical and report-writing capabilities
- Experience with municipal budget processes
- Knowledge of Seattle Municipal Code Chapter 3.64
- Ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance within 30 days
