Responsibilities
- Manage and process high-volume incoming government correspondence and applications with high accuracy.
- Conduct data entry and maintain up-to-date digital records for state agencies.
- Assist in the preparation of complex reports, memos, and policy briefings for senior leadership.
- Coordinate inter-departmental projects and track action items to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure strict compliance with state regulations, procurement policies, and internal audit requirements.
- Respond to public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role within the public sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and a security clearance investigation.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills under tight deadlines.
