Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data and comply with federal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Seattle, VA, and remote hubs to deploy software solutions and hardware upgrades.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for end-users and internal departments.
- Analyze system performance and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and compliance audits for federal oversight bodies.
- Maintain strict adherence to government regulations, confidentiality agreements, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Proficiency in networking protocols, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
