Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming government documentation and applications with high attention to detail.

- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations, privacy laws, and internal protocols.

Qualifications
- US Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen or possess valid permanent residency status.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a government, public sector, or regulatory environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific database management systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
