Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming federal applications and public service requests with high accuracy.
- Manage sensitive data entry tasks and maintain strict confidentiality standards.

Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
