Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain official government records and documents with the highest level of accuracy.
- Assist department heads with daily administrative operations, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Process incoming public inquiries, permit applications, and service requests efficiently.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communication to ensure seamless workflow and policy adherence.
- Prepare concise reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence for government officials.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or public sector roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
