Responsibilities
- Process incoming government documents and applications with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding state regulations, benefits, and administrative procedures.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records to ensure full compliance with federal and state auditing standards.
- Coordinate with various federal and state agencies to ensure proper data handling and communication.
- Support daily office operations, including answering phones, data entry, and filing.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a government, administrative, or customer service setting is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
