Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of county records, ensuring data integrity, and providing top-tier service to the citizens of Fort Worth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate government records and databases with high precision.
- Process incoming applications, permits, and official documents in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and policies.
- Assist the public and other departments with inquiries regarding government services.
- Prepare and organize reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence for leadership review.
- Perform data entry tasks with zero tolerance for errors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative or government office environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
