Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver mail along established routes in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect and process outgoing mail, including packages and parcels.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Utilize handheld scanning devices and postal equipment effectively.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (for vehicle-based routes).
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 70 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency status is required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
