Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of municipal government or public sector experience
- Advanced knowledge of Colorado state and local government regulations
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance for sensitive data access
- Proven project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
