Responsibilities
- Process 911/emergency calls with exceptional accuracy and compassion
- Dispatch police, fire, and EMS resources during critical incidents
- Maintain precise radio communication protocols under pressure
- Utilize CAD systems for real-time incident tracking
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during disasters
- Document all communications per state/federal regulations
- Train on specialized equipment and crisis management protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Ability to pass extensive background check and polygraph
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Typing speed: 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Fluency in English (Spanish bilingual highly valued)
