Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls with swift, professional crisis management
- Conduct proactive community safety patrols across designated precincts

- Maintain detailed incident reports and evidence documentation

Qualifications
- Valid Indiana Public Safety Certification or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years emergency response or law enforcement experience
- Ability to obtain Indiana Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification within 90 days
- Clear background check and drug screening results
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in crisis de-escalation techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
