Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for federal government agency hardware and software systems.
- Configure, install, and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage and secure remote access solutions to ensure data integrity and security compliance.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service tickets and incident reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT issues efficiently.
- Ensure all systems comply with federal security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required (for Federal contract eligibility).
- Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop technologies (VPN, RDP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
