Responsibilities
- Assist with the intake, processing, and filing of administrative documents and public records.
- Communicate with constituents, agencies, and internal departments via email and phone to resolve inquiries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases for state programs and services.
- Support the preparation of reports, briefings, and correspondence for senior leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal and state privacy and security regulations.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings for departmental teams remotely.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident eligible for government security clearance.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or government operations.
- Must possess a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government-specific software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
