Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support state policy development and strategic planning.
- Manage and maintain sensitive confidential records while ensuring strict compliance with state regulations and privacy laws.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to streamline operational processes and improve service delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for state leadership and legislative committees.
- Respond to high-volume inquiries from the public regarding eligibility for state services and benefits.
- Assist in the implementation of new federal and state mandates within the department.
- Maintain accurate databases and utilize CRM software for tracking program outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government, public sector, or non-profit administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
