- Manage public inquiries and service requests through dedicated night shift channels

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid California driver's license required
- Minimum 2 years experience in government/public sector operations
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal/state security clearance
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-agency coordination
- Proficiency in government-specific software and database systems
- Flexibility to adapt to rotating schedules during critical operations
