Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Masters in Public Health (MPH) or Epidemiology required
- 3+ years government or NGO public health experience
- Proficiency in R, SAS, or Python for statistical analysis
- Certified in Emergency Response Operations (FEMA)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or Vietnamese strongly preferred
- Demonstrated crisis management during health emergencies
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean record
