- Manage volunteer deployment and resource allocation during emergencies
- Train frontline healthcare workers in emergency response protocols
- Prepare and submit federal grant proposals for emergency response funding
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public health emergency response
- Active Pennsylvania EMT or Public Health certification
- Expertise in crisis communication and stakeholder management
- Proficient in emergency management software (e.g., Epi-Info, NIMS)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work 24/7 during emergencies with on-call rotation
