Responsibilities

- Oversee policy delivery timelines and report progress to senior leadership
- Represent the department in parliamentary briefings and public consultations
- Mentor junior policy officers and drive best practice adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in UK government or public sector policy
- Expertise in quantitative analysis tools (SPSS, R, or equivalent)
- Proven track record in stakeholder management across diverse sectors
- Deep understanding of UK regional development frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC clearance)
