Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate government records and databases with strict confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to constituents via phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and compliance standards.
- Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and documentation for agency leadership.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor communication channels to resolve inquiries and escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in remote work or administrative support roles within a government or corporate setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance (where applicable).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be a US Citizen or hold valid permanent residency status.
