Responsibilities
- Process and verify federal applications and supporting documentation with high accuracy.
- Conduct research and compile statistical data for agency reports and policy analysis.
- Communicate with internal staff, external stakeholders, and the general public regarding agency programs.
- Maintain secure filing systems and digital databases in strict accordance with federal regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of inter-departmental meetings and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing federal operations.
- Provide administrative support to senior federal officials as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to pass a federal background investigation.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to New York or work remotely from California.
