Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing and verification of federal applications and documentation.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders via email and phone in a remote setting.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records regarding pension plans and personnel data.

- Conduct research to support federal program objectives and compliance.

Qualifications
