- Document system configurations and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of IT support experience in government or regulated environments
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud technologies
- Strong knowledge of federal IT security standards (NIST, FISMA)
