- Utilize government databases to track case status and update internal systems.
- Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Attend mandatory weekend training sessions and departmental briefings.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for this Federal position.
- High school diploma or GED; an Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in government, administrative support, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
