- Adhere to strict federal security protocols, privacy laws, and compliance standards.
- Document system logs, incidents, and resolutions accurately and in real-time.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Maintain a secure and professional work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for federal security clearance eligibility).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support, customer service, or government operations.
- Strong typing skills with a minimum of 45 WPM.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
